1. Course Enrollment

To enroll in a course, you must complete the registration form accessible via our contact form and pay the applicable fees. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

2. Course Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in CHF and are payable in full before course commencement. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Fees are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to withdraw from a course, please notify us in writing. Our detailed refund policy is as follows:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of CHF 50.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or no-shows will not receive a refund.
• Refund Process: All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval, using the original payment method.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of serious illness or force majeure, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Course Access and Materials

Course materials are provided for your personal use only. Sharing, copying, or distributing materials without permission is prohibited and may result in course suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos are the property of AuraSkillMax or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from course participation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zurich.
